About the Journal

Global Review of Law is an international, open-access, continuously published scientific journal dedicated to disseminating original research and interdisciplinary reflections on the relationships between law, the state, society, and culture. Based in the United States, the journal provides a critical space for the production and circulation of legal and socio-legal knowledge on a global scale, bringing together theoretical, empirical, and comparative perspectives.
Its mission is to promote informed debate on multiple contemporary legal phenomena, valuing epistemological diversity, critical thinking, commitment to human rights, social justice, and democratic strengthening. 
 
The journal encourages interdisciplinary approaches that link law with fields such as sociology, philosophy, political science, anthropology, criminology, economics, psychology, history, communication, and culture.
The Global Review of Law welcomes manuscripts of a theoretical, empirical, analytical, or normative nature and publishes scientific articles, essays, case studies, institutional experience reports, interviews, translations, and reviews. 
The journal adopts a double-blind peer review system and is committed to the principles of editorial ethics, open science, and public access to knowledge.
